We've set up a few things up for you already, but there are some that need your attention before you're ready to invite your first guests. The top TWO aspects that can make or break an event (besides having a great internet connection) are your tickets and catalog. 

Tickets

1. Ask people to register with a ticket even if you are not charging for the event! This will help track folks and assign bidder numbers before your event. Just set ticket prices to $0.
2. We pre-uploaded tickets for singles, couples and table hosts (8 guests)
3. Your tickets assign guests their bid numbers and can be in a variety of formats: single, couple, table, family.
4. You can ask custom questions when gathering guest information (meal selection, who they'd like to sit with, etc.). Add questions under Admin > Site Settings > Look & Feel > Custom Fields

Catalog​​​​​​

1. Start by adding all your items first (you can rearrange them later!)
2. Be sure each item has the appropriate Fair Market Value - this is the amount someone would pay for this item if they purchased directly from a retailer. 
3. Each item should have a donor assigned to it.
4. We recommend limiting the info for each item to about 5 fields of details
5. To make inventory easy, try grouping items based on their table location at the event.
